The hours on a timesheet will need to be submitted against the rates below for Medical & Dental only:

| Core hours | 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) |
| Unsocial hours | 7pm to 7am, Monday to Friday, and all time at weekends and Bank Holidays |
The hours on a timesheet will need to be submitted against the rates below for AHP only:
| Rate | Hours |
| Day Rate | Monday to Friday – 6am to 8pm (excluding Bank Holidays) |
| Night/Saturday Rate | Monday to Friday – 8pm to 6am and Saturday midnight to midnight |
| Sunday Rate/Bank Holiday | Midnight to midnight on Sunday |
When submitting the timesheet, ensure that the correct rate breakdown has been selected before submitting, for example, weekday night rate is from 8pm to 6am which means that you cannot submit more than 10 hours at the Night/Saturday rate on the AHP rate table.
